Meet the new owners
John & Karen recently moved from Sydney, NSW to the sunshine coast in December 2018, they have lived on acreage their whole life and understand what it means to have a product that is built tough to last.
They are avid campers and have had a family-owned mechanical business for 32 years giving them not just the experience to create a great product, but the understanding of how people want to use it.
John’s family have camped on average for over 30 years with many family and friends and have created their dream campsite to suit the needs of friends, family and children, including flushing toilets, hot showers, cooking facilities and huge shed-including sleeping quarters.
But we realised that you shouldn’t need to build up infrastructure and get council permits just to have the things you need when camping, that’s why we are so passionate about our hybrid campers.
The Future of Jawa Camper Trailers
We aren’t building this company just to make money, we are excited to expand the business with new models that people really want. We are currently looking at updating and upgrading our existing models, as well as introducing a few new models of trailers and campers into gaps in the range.
Our other passion for the brand moving forward is to modernize the look of our vans and features, including colours, shape and design.
We have been working hard to release our brand new Outlander II and our brand new Intruder Rooftop Camper Trailer. We are currently working on other exciting models including a 13 foot camper, so keep your eyes peeled!

We are a family run business and our goal is to build camper trailers that suit the needs of the customer. We listen to feedback and make changes based on what we are told. Communication is something John and Karen value very highly in their business and can ensure every customer will be treated with great respect as a part of the JAWA family.
