Unlike caravan companies that charge extra for ‘upgrades’ – JAWA Off Road Campers keep overheads down which allows them to offer many great features at an affordable price. Few camping manufacturers provide this level of convenience as standard.
JAWA standard feature 1: Enerdrive Charging System – maximum performance and battery life
JAWA Off Road Campers use a complete Enerdrive Charging System throughout the entire hybrid range. The Enerdrive DC2DC + 40amp Smart Charger and Enerdrive AC Smart Charger come standard on all JAWA models. The system means your camper’s battery tank is fully protected and engineered to give maximum performance and battery life. JAWA use 3 x 100AH deep cycle batteries which are better for campers and other applications that need to run for extended periods without being charged. A convenient Enerdrive 2000W inverter with AC transfer is included in select JAWA models.
JAWA standard feature 2: Hot Water
All entry-level vans come standard with Truma 14L gas/electric hot water so your showers are toasty and warm.
JAWA standard feature 3: Lovells off-road suspension with 3 and 5 year Warranties
JAWA campers include a complete Lovells off-road suspension upgrade on every model to withstand harsh outback conditions. This includes Lovells Shock Absorbers on all models and Lovells springs on select models. Lovells springs come with a 5 year warranty, while Lovells shocks come with a 3 year warranty.
JAWA standard feature 4: High quality hitching
All JAWA hybrid vans include a Cruisemaster D035 offroad coupling to ensure it’s not just your car that arrives but the van behind it.

Sleeping soundly is important, even when on holidays and that’s why all JAWA campers include a full security front door for complete peace of mind.
JAWA standard feature 6: Innovative shower system
Outdoor showers are a popular feature of JAWA vans, even if your camper has an indoor shower, as you can use it for rinsing off after visiting the beach. JAWA campers feature the state-of-the-art KickAss shower and outdoor shower system.
JAWA standard feature 7: Evakool and myCOOLMAN fridge / freezer
Evakool And MyCoolman fridges are fitted as a standard inclusion to all campers. Evakool fridge/freezers are designed and engineered in Germany to suit demanding Australian conditions. The range of myCOOLMAN dual zone fridge/freezers offers versatility with practical features, design and cutting-edge technology for everyone who loves living off the beaten track.
JAWA standard feature 8: Roof mounted air conditioning
Stay cool in summer and warm in winter with 2400KW roof mounted reverse cycle air conditioning. Air conditioning is included in all JAWA Off Road campers.
JAWA standard feature 9: Dometic dust reduction system
Standard in most JAWA models, the state-of-the-art Dometic Dust Reduction System (DRS) minimises the amount of dust, harmful airborne particles and pollens that can enter your caravan and remain suspended in the air for an extended time after stopping. To ensure top performance, the Dometic DRS has been developed using advanced computer modelling and has undergone extensive performance testing in Australia’s dusty country with impressive results. The DRS unit is fitted to the roof of the caravan and operates while the vehicle is in motion. Power is not needed as there are no motors or electrical parts.
JAWA standard feature 10: Alloy rims
JAWA campers come with mud terrain off-road tyres featuring 6-stud alloy rims. Apart from looking great, the benefits of alloy wheels include optimised fuel economy, weight reduction (up to 20% less than conventional steel wheels) and improved handling due to less deflection while cornering.

To ensure JAWA is able to stay relevant and a big competitor in this ever changing industry, the production of JAWA campers is completed offshore to keep costs down. When your JAWA camper trailer arrives in our Caboolture workshop, we continuously work on it for 7-10 days. We also have our own engineers and our own factory in China where only the JAWA campers are designed and built.
